Hey Y’all, as we continue to prepare the songs for “Covered — An Easter Musical” each one of its songs touches the hearts of our singers, as well as our instrumentalists. One of the songs in particular is one known as “Because of Jesus” by Charity Gayle.

This song makes The Gospel Message plain and clear. It tells What Christ did for us at Calvary and How He continues to do it in our everyday lives. It is a declaration of faith that lifts up and encourages the believer’s heart. It tells how God’s Unending Grace continually sees us through day after day, moment by moment.

“Because of Jesus” even lines up with BK’s message from yesterday. Hebrews 1:17-19 says “That The God of our Lord Jesus, The Father of Glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. The eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that you may know what is The Hope of His calling, what the riches of The Glory of His Inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His Power toward us who believe, according to the working of His Mighty Power.

Because of Jesus, we have been changed.
