God Is Doing a New Thing
God Is Doing a New Thing
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”—Isaiah 43:19
We’re stepping into a new season of youth ministry at FBC, and we believe God is going before us to do something fresh and exciting. Last week, we relaunched our youth Bible study with a great evening of food, fun, and fellowship — and it’s just the beginning of what we believe will be a powerful move of God in the lives of our students.
Isaiah 43:19 reminds us that God is always at work — even when we don’t see it yet. He’s preparing the way, renewing what’s dry, and calling His people to trust in His leading. That’s exactly our prayer for this new chapter: that students will encounter the living God in a personal way and experience growth that lasts far beyond Wednesday nights.
As we look ahead, we’re praying for hearts to be transformed, relationships to deepen, and for our students to build a strong, lasting foundation in their faith. We’re also praying for more students to come — those who are searching for truth.
To help us serve them well, we’re looking for volunteers who feel called to invest in the next generation. Whether you can help serve snacks, greet students, lead small groups, or simply show up and encourage, there’s a place for you. If you’re interested in being part of what God is doing in our youth ministry, we’d love to talk with you.
Thank you for your continued prayers, encouragement, and support. We truly believe the best is yet to come!
